We want you to feel confident in your WUKA® purchase, which is why we offer a 40-day 'Proof of Purchase' guarantee on your first pair of period pants. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure your items are unworn and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, opened products outside of the first-pair guarantee cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
